- How do I use My Collection?
- My Collection allows you to keep track of the Bratz Lil' Angelz™ you've collected as well as keep your own personal list of Bratz Lil' Angelz you'd like to add to your collection. If your Angelz came with a secret symbol code in the package, make sure you save it as it's the only way to add Angelz and Petz to your collection AND read their secret messages. And best of all, you can share your collection with friends!
- My Bratz Lil' Angelz™ didn't come with secret symbol, how do I add them to My Collection?
- To add a Bratz Lil' Angelz that did not come with a secret symbol code to My Collection, you must first log in with your angel name and password. Once logged in, click on My Collection and then click the "Add New Angel/Pet" button. Click "no" when asked if your Angelz and Petz came without a secret code and then choose your Angelz and Petz from the images shown.
- My secret symbols aren't working! What do I do?
- When you enter your secret symbol to add your new Bratz Lil' Angelz™ to My Collection, make sure that you enter them in the order in which they appear in the package, read left to right.
- I tried to chat, but it won't let me in! How can I chat?
- If you are under 14, your parent or guardian can choose whether or not to give you access to chat. Make sure to ask them to allow you to chat. If you have registered within the last three hours, you have to wait until a confirmation e-mail is sent to your parent or guardian before being able to access this feature.
- I'm looking for a specific Bratz Lil' Angelz™, where can I find it?
- The Bratz Lil' Angelz are randomly sent to various stores, so it's an adventure! Make sure you've written down the collectible series number found at the upper-left of each doll in the Products section of the site to help you find exactly what you're looking for. The collectible series numbers are printed clearly on the front of each package.
- I want to build My Collection quickly but am afraid I'll buy duplicate Bratz Lil' Angelz™. How do I avoid this?
- Bratz Lil' Angelz are packaged so that you don't have to buy more than one of the same Angelz or Petz to complete your collection. There are no duplicates between packages in each series.
- Help, I lost my password! What do I do?
- Click on Login at the upper-right of any page and then click on the “forgot password†link. You will need to be able to provide the e-mail address you used to sign up originally as the password can only be sent to that address.
